Castle Crags Surveying HISTORY:

Gregg Neitsch grew up in Siskiyou County and has spent the majority of his life living and working in Northern California. In the autumn of 2004 he started North State Land Surveying. Since that time, North State Land Surveying has had the opportunity to serve many private land owners, as well as government and quasi-government agencies, with surveying services in Northern California, Oregon and Nevada.

2002-2004: Gregg Neitsch worked as a Land Surveyor for the Bureau of Land Management performing cadastral, mineral, property, and site surveys using GPS (static and RTK), and conventional methods. He was in responsible charge of, and personally performed, necessary computations, research, field work, reports preparation, field notes preparation, and preliminary mapping.

1996-2002: Gregg Neitsch worked as a Survey Technician for Al Morris Land Surveying and the U.S. Forest Service as well as attending Oregon Institute of Technology.

EDUCATION:

Gregg Neitsch graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Surveying (Summa Cum Laude), in 2001. Since graduation, he has continued his study of surveying through continuing education classes and seminars.

In 2007 Gregg Neitsch was certified as a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFED). The CFED course is designed to help improve licensed surveyors' expertise and knowledge in the practice of boundary surveying.
